Username

To retrieve your username, please follow the steps below. Ensure you have your member number on hand. 

1. Click here to be brought to the Member Username Reminder screen. 
2. Enter your member number and primary email address. If your number is only 4 numbers, please add a zero to the beginning. Spouses should add an "A" to the end of their username (example: 01234A).
3. Click Get Username to receive an email with your username. Please check your spam/junk folder if the email does not appear.

Password

To retrieve your password, please follow the steps below. Ensure you have your member number on hand. 

1. Click here to be brought to the Member Password Reset screen. 
2. Enter your username and primary email address.
3. Click Send Password Reset to receive an email with a link to reset your password. Please check your spam/junk folder if the email does not appear.

Updating Your Profile

Change your password and preferences anytime under "My Profile" on the Member Homepage.
